Assessment is an essential tool for learning and is highly valued at Willowfield. The assessments that we use are a mixture of formative assessments that provide teachers opportunity to give personalised feedback including the areas they performed well in and the areas they can improve; and summative assessment that as well as providing feedback will inform the student of their progress within that subject.
To help you support your child in preparing for these assessments we have provided the assessment calendars below for each year group. Please be aware that minor changes in dates may occur dur to unforeseen circumstances but your child will be notified of the new date by their teacher.
