Arabella Weir and Charlie Higson Visit Willowfield

On Tuesday 23rd May 2017, 45 lucky Year 8-10 students were fortunate enough to participate in a workshop with published authors Arabella Weir and Charlie Higson.

This workshop was delivered in partnership with the First Story organisation; a charity organisation working with young people to inspire reading and writing. The purpose of the workshop was to celebrate National Writing Day on the 21st June 2017.

As part of the workshop, the students were able to ask the authors questions and both Arabella Weir and Charlie Higson praised Willowfield students for their engagement and their interesting questions.
