WPCSA

Posted on: 16/12/2016

The WPCSA were delighted to have the opportunity to meet New Year 7 parents at the keeping in touch event in November. They were also pleased so many of you were able to attend the Winter Fayre earlier this week. The performances from the choir and band added a really festive touch. The Fayre raised over a £1000 a fantastic amount and our thanks go to them and to those who helped and contributed to making it such a lovely evening. In particular we would like to give special thanks to Central Estates, Tesco, The Mall, and Laser Mayhem for their generous contributions to the Raffle which was held on the night. The money raised at the Fayre and other fundraising events is always put to good use and we will be discussing with them how it should be used.

The WPCSA was formed with the aim of encouraging the development of social activities for parents, carers, children and school staff and to fund raise for the benefit of all students. They are a small group of friendly volunteers who would welcome new people who would like to join them. There are many ways that you can help - providing refreshments at events, volunteering to assist on a stall, making food, helping to plan activities and coming to the events with your child/children. Please get in touch if you can help in any way - big or small. You can email them at willowfieldpcsa@gmail.com  or leave a message with the school.

The next planned event which we hope you and your children will come to is a Curry and Quiz Night in March. The next planning meeting will be in January, and they would be pleased if you can join them.
