RE: Transition Day 1st July

Dear Parent / Carer,

I am afraid, that as expected, due to the coronavirus and the necessary social distancing, we will NOT be able to run Transition day on the 1st July. This is a huge disappointment for us, but our priority is to keep your children safe during this difficult time.

However, we are delighted to say that we will be able to run 1 day of Summer School for your child during August. This will be a fantastic opportunity to meet their new class and explore Willowfield in small safe bubbles before the September start. We will be sending you a letter and email giving you details of this as soon as we can.

We are really sad that we cannot do all of the ‘getting to know you’ activities that would normally be on offer, but I am sure you understand that we will do everything in our power to make up for this once allowed!

If you need any other information or want to clarify things please contact me on the email address below.
