Assistant Headteacher
Spinal Point 14-18 (£59,833 - £65,689 p.a.)

Thank you for your interest in the post of Assistant Headteacher at Willowfield.

We are a happy, oversubscribed, financially secure school.  Our last OFSTED inspection in June 2016 was very positive and the school has made further strides since then.  We are proud to be a local community school that gives all our students the best possible start in life and nurtures them as effective learners and happy, productive 21st Century citizens.  We are a truly inclusive and International multicultural school.  Large numbers of our students come from homes with significant economic disadvantage, yet Willowfield is characterised by great relationships, and a real sense of community.  A difficult start on the learning journey or challenging home circumstances are never seen as a reason for a child not to reach their full potential.

Visits are warmly welcomed and encouraged. Please contact Janice Feltham, Head’s PA
