Subject Leader Citizenship

School Pay Range (£28,355 - £44,541 p.a.) plus TLR 2a (£2,796) pay award pending)

We are a successful and oversubscribed school at an exciting stage in our development.   This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed teacher to lead the teaching of Citizenship.   You will be passionate about your subject and its role in enabling young people to be the best they can be.

You will be an excellent teacher with a successful track record and a role model for great classroom practice. You will have a clear vision for the contribution Citizenship makes to young people's education and this will inform your leadership of the subject and your contribution to the development of Citizenship and the school as a whole.

SO1 Sp Pts.  23 -25  (36 hours per week,  45.60 weeks per year )(f.t.e.  £29,766 p.a. - £30,708 p.a.)

Actual £26,032 p.a. - £26,856 p.a. pay award pending plus TLR1b allowance (£9,928)

We require an experienced colleague with a track record of impact to join our pastoral team as Achievement Leader for a year group. The exact year group will depend on the skills, interests and experience of the successful candidate.  This post is available to both teachers and non-teachers.  (Teacher salary dependent on experience and qualifications).
