Subject Leader Art

This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding practitioner to lead our dedicated team of Art teachers. You will teach across the age and ability range and have the highest expectations of all students.

You will be an excellent teacher with a successful track record in raising attainment and be a role model for effective classroom practice. You will have a clear vision for the contribution art makes to young people's education and this will inform your leadership of the subject and your contribution to the development of art and the school as a whole.

We are seeking a passionate and excellent teacher who can coach and grow great English teachers through highly effective and innovative approaches to language, literature, critical literacy and media, in all their forms. You will have a successful track record of raising achievement and fostering confident, articulate, critical, creative readers, writers, speakers and listeners for the 21st Century. Your leadership will combine creativity with rigour and you will provide both teachers and learners with enjoyable and inspiring experiences.
